DROP SHIPMENTS
We always make every attempt to ship to you directly from our warehouse located in Beasley, TX. At our sole discretion we may have one or more of your items shipped to you directly from our supplier or the manufacturer (This is a process known as "drop shipping").
BACK ORDERS
We will make every attempt to ensure that your product is delivered to you in a timely manner. However, in the unlikely event that an item is in short supply, either due to an unusual/unanticipated increase in demand or production problems at the manufacturer level, one or more items in your order may be backordered.

ALASKA, HAWAII AND OUTLYING U.S. TERRITORIES
Most shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and any other outlying US territory will be shipped via USPS. At our sole discretion we may also use either Federal Express or UPS. (*Additional shipping charges will apply)

as determined by the selected carrier's weight and size restrictions. While most items can be shipped by the above referenced standard shipping methods, some overweight or oversized truck freight items must be shipped via truck freight.
